This is just to say
1) Thank you, wonderful peeps, for thinking enough of Tarpaulin Sky Press to send us your manuscripts.
2) Because we’re personally confirming receipt of manuscripts (rather than using auto-reply), it will probably take until next week for everyone to hear back from us. In the meantime, please assume that if you didn’t get an “bounced email” message, then we are indeed in receipt of your manuscript.
3) As noted on the book-prize guidelines page, final decisions will not be emailed individually but will be sent in Spring 2015 via our newsletter and will also be posted on Facebook and on Twitter as well as this website.
4) As also noted on the guidelines page, authors whose work seems right for the magazine can expect to hear from us sometime before Spring as well, in the hope that we can feature some of your work.
5) Lastly, we’ve already gotten some glimpses of some mesmerizing manuscripts and are totally freakin stoked. So, thank you again. Our year is made already, and it hasn’t even begun.
