Friday, March 9 at 7 PM, at the Blind Tiger Cafe, 1901 E 7th Ave, in Ybor City (ten minutes from the convention center)

Going to AWP? Tarpaulin Sky Press will be at Table 644 with new books from Piper J. Daniels and Jennifer S. Cheng, along with “old” books, heaps of illicit drugs, and zero fucking guns.

We’ll share table space at 644 with GenPop Books, who has just released TS Editor Elena Georgiou’s brilliant short-fiction collection The Immigrant’s Refrigerator, and who also published TS Editor Julianna Spallholz’s debut short-fiction collection The State of Kansas. We’ll also have copies of TS Editor Shira Dentz’s new book, how do i net thee, and Shira will be signing copies at Salmon Poetry’s booth 907, Thursday from 2–4pm.

On Friday we will be at the alternative & free (!) bookfair, Whale Prom, at the Rialto Theater, in addition to being at the regular AWP bookfair.

Tarpaulin Sky will also be reading, Friday night, with Essay Press and Reality Beach. Yes! Come see aforementioned TS peeps Jennifer S Cheng, Piper J. Daniels, Johannes Göransson, and Shira Dentz, in addition to monsters of rock Mary-Kim Arnold, Carrie Lorig, Amie Zimmerman, Kenning J.P. Garcia, Dylan Krieger — all under the watchful eye of Adam Tedesco. Join us Friday, March 9 at 7 PM, at the Blind Tiger Cafe, 1901 E 7th Ave, in Ybor City (ten minutes from the convention center).
