Shipping within the US is usually by First Class mail and usually takes 3-5 days. Air mail shipping to other countries is by Global Priority Mail or air mail, and usually takes 1-3 weeks. Due to zoning and insurance reasons, we are not allowed to have customers come to our offices.

We will accept returns of any book in the first 30 days after purchase. Books must still be in new condition; shipping must be paid by the customer. Enclose a copy of your receipt. We welcome any comments letting us know why you're returning the book.

Please note that refunds shall not be issued for books returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase; or books returned without a copy of the original receipt; or books returned scratched, dented, cut, dirty, creased, moisture-damaged, faded due to sunlight exposure, bent or crushed at the corners or edges, or books returned otherwise not in new and saleable condition. In order to ensure a refund, we recommend that you package your book return carefully to prevent damage during shipping and that you ship book returns via UPS, FedEx, Priority Mail, or other means that are traceable and that provide accurate proof-of-delivery information.
